DOGS

Dogs are very welcome at Hill House
We even have a flexible room downstairs that can accommodate up to 3 dogs
There is no additional fee for bringing dogs and all we ask is that your dogs are kept on the ground floor throughout your stay with us

 

 

Booking Conditions

 

  1. Up to three well behaved dogs welcome to stay on the ground floor - strictly no dogs upstairs or in bedrooms

  2. Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am

  3. A first payment of 50% is made at the time of booking. The balance is due one month prior to your holiday

  4. For cancellations if we can re-sell your holiday any monies will be returned

  5. Payment can be sent by BACS or cheque, payable to ‘Hill House Norfolk’

  6. We do accept credit card payments via PayPal and there will be a £50 surcharge applied to cover PayPal fees

  7. Hill House has a number of in-house catering solutions. We do not allow any other third party catering businesses to operate at the house

  8. If any of your party has limited mobility we recommend that you contact us to discuss property access information prior to making a booking. Your individual needs can be personally discussed

  9. Inclusive in the price is electricity, heating, oil, unlimited logs, linen, towels, welcome toiletries, Wi-Fi and welcome champagne

  10. No fireworks or unpermitted events

  11. No amplified music (including bluetooth speakers) to be brought and used (including outside) and no live music. The house has an adequate B&O integrated system for your use (sound checked by an acoustic engineer)

  12. Hill House does not have planning permission for wedding receptions

  13. Guests are expected to respect our local community at all times and any outdoor noise must cease by 10pm

  14. Use of polycarbonate glassware only to be used in the hot tub (this is provided at the house and kept in the kitchen). Should glass be taken into the hot tub and broken, guests will be liable to pay any cleaning and repair costs

  15. Should Government Covid group restrictions mean that you are unable to have the use of Hill House (as intended by your group) we will allow you to reschedule dates to a future time at the same rate paid on booking
