Welcome to Hill House Norfolk

THE TUDOR MANOR FOR GET-TOGETHERS AND EVENTS

We believe that getaways should be extraordinary, which is why we focus as much on the experience as we do on the house.

We combine all of the convenience of a self-catering holiday along with the facilities you'd expect from a boutique hotel.

Hill House sleeps 21-25 guests across 10 bedrooms- and standing at a whopping 6,500 square feet, we have a space for all of your needs.

Hill House is available to hire on an exclusive use basis only.

Inside the Manor, there's beds for 21 people (with 4 more we can put up).

Including our new Butler’s Bedroom #10, a choice of two lounges, a glamorous dining room (that seats 26) and the relaxed dine in kitchen.

And there's integrated audio/ video throughout and lots of surprises - including a huge arcade, hot tub, a library bar and drop down 10ft cinema screen.

HILL HOUSE COMES WITH 3 ACRES OF GROUNDS AND GARDENS

Outside, our 3 acres comes with a coloured tennis court with basketball hoops at either end and an outdoor table tennis table.

There’s a football goal, croquet and all of the rackets, bats and balls that you will need. And next to our sun longing deck is a large hot tub.

And for al fresco cooking and dining we have a creative swing-grill BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven and tables and seating for everyone.

Art is a big thing for us at Hill House. Artists come and stay in residency and leave some incredible creations behind for all guests to enjoy.

Enjoy al fresco meals around the barbecue and pizza oven, framed by a 10 foot tall mural created for us by Brighton based street artist, Eelus. And indoors enjoy the impressive dining room with table that extends to seat up to 26 people, surrounded by lots of artwork by Heath Kane, last years artist in residence.

The big drawing room can house everyone, it’ your big social hub, seating up to 30 people and has a drop down cinema screen for movie nights.

And the snug can seat up to 15 and is the cosy, breakaway space with beautiful views across the grounds.

Bang & Olufsen video and audio equipment is housed in both rooms, so they are both super-flexible spaces, for all of the family.

And the library bar is next to the drawing room, so it’s a natural extension of the entertaining space.

WIth SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

We have a retro games room complete with Sega Rally 2 and lots of original arcade games all set to free-play.

For organised activities we have treatments, kids duck hunt game, graffiti sessions, ‘Murder at Hill House’ - murder mystery experience and lessons in tennis and archery. And we have a number of catering options for you to use - from street food to make life easy for Friday night arrivals to our Norfolk Feast dining experience, which works well as a celebratory meal.

Yoga on the lawn is very popular and we can also help organise golf and beauty treatments.
