DOGS
Dogs are very welcome at Hill House
We even have a flexible room downstairs that can accommodate up to 3 dogs
There is no additional fee for bringing dogs and all we ask is that your dogs are kept on the ground floor throughout your stay with us

Manor House events start at £240pp + VAT (sharing rate) or £285pp + VAT (sole occupancy rate) for each 24 hours with us, for a fully managed stay which includes all of this:

Complimentary transfers and returns to Diss station (90 minutes from London Liverpool Street)
Exclusive hire of Hill House and 3 acres of grounds
All event design, planning, co-ordination and execution - including on-site Elsewhere team dedicated to your event
Chairs, 10 ft projector screen, IT and flip-charts for working sessions in the drawing room
All food and refreshments; including 3 meals a day and our all-day grazing station with cakes, sweets, popcorn, crisps, cereal bars and fruit bowl ensuring nobody goes home hungry
Meals include The Norfolk Feast, The Norfolk Supper, street-food, the swing-grill BBQ, the big ploughman’s table and breakfast each day
Fire pits, all seating and wood, all towels, toiletries and decoration
Just activities and alcohol on top
FIELD-BASED EVENTS
Create your own festival-style event for a larger and creative offsite in our field
Including marquee, PA and staging, toilet and shower blocks and eat from our festival-style menu which includes our super-sized smoker BBQ
Either glamp or stay in a local 4-star hotel to enjoy the best of both worlds
Field based events are bespoke and are priced on application
Holiday Let Booking Conditions
Guest stays are restricted to 25 people and a list of all attendees must be provided before arrival
Up to three well behaved dogs welcome to stay on the ground floor - strictly no dogs upstairs or in bedrooms
Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am
A first payment of 50% is made at the time of booking. The balance is due one month prior to your holiday
For cancellations if we can re-sell your holiday any monies will be returned
Payment can be sent by BACS or cheque, payable to ‘Hill House Norfolk’
We do accept credit card payments via PayPal and there will be a £50 surcharge applied to cover PayPal fees
Hill House has a number of in-house catering solutions. We do not allow any other third party catering businesses to operate at the house
If any of your party has limited mobility we recommend that you contact us to discuss property access information prior to making a booking. Your individual needs can be personally discussed
Inclusive in the price is electricity, heating, oil, unlimited logs, kindling and fire starters, all linen and towels, Hill House Mucky Duck soaps, Wi-Fi and welcome Norfolk sparkling wine on arrival
No fireworks or unpermitted events
No amplified music (including bluetooth speakers) to be brought and used (including outside) and no live music. The house has an adequate B&O integrated system for your use (sound checked by an acoustic engineer)
Hill House does not have planning permission for wedding receptions
No stag or hen groups
Guests are expected to respect our local community at all times and any outdoor noise must cease by 10pm
Use of polycarbonate glassware only to be used in the hot tub (this is provided at the house and kept in the kitchen). Should glass be taken into the hot tub and broken, guests will be liable to pay any cleaning and repair costs
