Hill House is available to hire on an exclusive use basis only. 

Inside the Manor, there's beds for 21 people (with 4 more we can put up). There’s a choice of two lounges, a glamorous dining room (that seats 26) and the relaxed dine in kitchen with utility room and walk-in pantry.

And there's integrated audio/ video throughout and lots of surprises - including a huge games room, outdoor entertaining and cooking space, hot tub and sun decking, a library bar and drop down 10ft cinema screen.

Organise a food and drink delivery before you arrive and our team will have it all put away for you in the fridges, pantry and at the bar.

The great outdoors

HILL HOUSE COMES WITH 3 ACRES OF GROUNDS AND GARDENS

Outside, our 3 acres comes with a coloured tennis court with basketball hoops at either end and an outdoor table tennis table.

There’s a football goal, croquet and all of the rackets, bats and balls that you will need. And next to our sun longing deck is a large hot tub.

For al fresco cooking and dining we have a super-sized swing grill BBQ, two wood-fired pizza ovens and tables and seating for everyone.

And we’re the perfect place to bring your dogs and we can even convert the Butlers Bedroom into a dedicated downstairs room for your dogs, with doggie bean bags and dog bowls.

ARTWORK throUghout

Art is a big thing for us at Hill House. Artists come and stay in residency and leave some incredible creations behind for all guests to enjoy.

Enjoy al fresco meals around the barbecue and pizza oven, framed by a 10 foot tall mural created for us by Brighton based street artist, Eelus. And indoors enjoy the impressive dining room with table that extends to seat up to 26 people, surrounded by lots of artwork by Heath Kane, last years artist in residence.

The big drawing room can house everyone, it’s your big social hub, seating up to 30 people and has a drop down cinema screen for movie nights.

And the snug can seat up to 15 and is the cosy, breakaway space with beautiful views across the grounds.

Bang & Olufsen video and audio equipment is housed in both rooms, so they are both super-flexible spaces for everyone to enjoy.

And the library bar is next to the drawing room, so it’s a natural extension of the entertaining space and perfect for after dinner drinks.

Lots to do

WIth SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

We have a retro games room complete with Sega Rally 2 and lots of original arcade games all set to free-play.

For organised activities we have treatments, kids duck hunt game, graffiti sessions, ‘Murder at Hill House’ - murder mystery experience and lessons in tennis and archery. And we have a number of catering options for you to use - from street food to make life easy for Friday night arrivals to our Norfolk Feast dining experience, which works well as a celebratory meal.

Yoga on our lawn is very popular and we can also help organise golf at the local course.
