Sleeping 21–25 guests across 10 bedrooms, Hill House is available for exclusive use only - yours, and yours alone.

Inside the manor, you’ll find beds for 21 guests (with space to add 4 more if needed), two beautiful lounges to unwind in, a glamorous dining room seating up to 26, and a relaxed dine-in kitchen with a utility room and walk-in pantry.

The house is packed with surprises - integrated audio and video throughout, a huge games room, an outdoor entertaining and cooking space, a hot tub and sun deck, a library bar, and a hidden 10ft drop-down cinema screen.

You can even arrange a food and drink delivery before your arrival - and our team will have everything stocked and ready for you across the kitchen, pantry, and bar.

The Great Outdoors

Hill House sits in three acres of gardens and grounds - ready for games, gatherings, and golden afternoons.

Outside, you’ll find a colourful tennis court (with basketball hoops at either end), an outdoor table tennis setup, a football goal, and croquet - plus all the rackets, bats, and balls you’ll need to dive straight in.

Next to the sun-lounging deck, there’s a large hot tub for slow, sunny afternoons or starry nights.

For al fresco cooking and dining, we have a super-sized swing grill BBQ, two wood-fired pizza ovens, and plenty of tables and seating for everyone to come together.

We’re dog-lovers too - and if you’re bringing four-legged friends, we can even convert the Butler’s Bedroom into a dedicated dog room, complete with doggie bean bags and bowls.

We regularly welcome artists in residence, and their creations become part of the living story of the house - left behind for all guests to discover and enjoy.

Outdoors, you can gather for al fresco meals around the barbecue and pizza ovens, framed by a stunning 10-foot mural created especially for us by Brighton-based street artist, Eelus.

Indoors, the glamorous dining room - seating up to 26 around a beautiful extendable table - is surrounded by the works of Heath Kane, one of our past resident artists.

Everywhere you look, Hill House invites creativity, colour, and joy.

The big drawing room is your social hub - seating up to 30 guests, with a drop-down cinema screen for movie nights and big moments. The snug offers a cosier breakaway space, seating up to 15, with beautiful views across the gardens.

Both lounges feature Bang & Olufsen video and audio systems, making them flexible, inviting spaces for anything from film screenings to fireside chats. And just next door to the drawing room, you’ll find the library bar - the perfect extension for after-dinner drinks and late-night conversations.

At Hill House, there’s something for everyone - whether you’re looking for full-throttle fun or relaxed, easygoing moments.

Head to the retro games room for Sega Rally 2 and a collection of original arcade games - all set to free play.

For organised activities, we offer treatments, kids’ Duck Hunt games, graffiti sessions, tennis and archery lessons, and even ‘Murder at Hill House’ - our immersive murder mystery experience.

We also have a range of catering options to make your stay even easier - from street food feasts for Friday night arrivals to our Norfolk Feast dining experience, perfect for a special celebration.

Yoga on the lawn is very popular, and if you’re keen to get a round in, we can help organise golf at the local course too.

And new for 2025:

Hill House now has lightning-fast internet throughout (running at 250 Mbps), so streaming, video calls, and general surfing are easy and smooth for every guest - no matter how many devices are connected.
